You may be living in the slums of the world or in the richest country there is. You may be colored or white. You may be a girl, or a boy, or a men, or a transgender. You may marry a person of the same sex, or have an Adam to your Eve, vice versa. You may be an Indonesian, an Indian, an American Indian, an American. One thing you have in common is inherent within every one of you: Human Rights.

In a world where minorities are discriminated, we need to remind ourselves and our society of the harmony we can create if we stick together no matter what may divide us.

High School Model United Nations 2015 (H!MUN 2015) invites you to represent a country in the committee of UN Human Rights Council. The UN HRC is an inter-governmental body whose 47 member states are responsible for promoting and protecting human rights around the world.
